  "usage_note": "A spellbook is a magical Relic that lets its bearer cast a single specific spell. Roll 1d100 (2d10: one for the tens place, one for the ones place) to determine a spellbook at random, or choose one deliberately. Each spellbook also has a mundane, everyday effect (mundane_effect) that manifests even when its owner isn't actively casting the spell.",
